Any project undertaken by Growth Republic is governed by a separate signed scope of work / proposal, which takes precedence over these general terms for the specifics of that engagement (pricing, deliverables, timelines, and exclusions).

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Growth Republic retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and templates used in delivery. Client-specific deliverables (e.g. a commissioned website, brand assets) transfer to the client upon full payment, as specified in the relevant proposal.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms (deposits, milestones, recurring billing) are set out in individual proposals and invoices. Late payment may result in paused delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growth Republic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.

6. Third-Party Services

Some services may involve third-party platforms (e.g. Shopify, Google Ads, Microsoft 365). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
